Thomas Matlon

Thomas Matlon is an associate consultant of Amembal & Halladay, is recognized as an operations subject matter expert in the equipment finance industry.  He brings his clients a common-sense approach to understanding the opportunities for improving efficiency and providing employees with the knowledge necessary for them to better perform their roles.

Thomas was the architectural lead in the development of InfoLease starting in 1983.  Thomas also designed the InfoLease product modifications to support equipment finance activities in Australia and Canada.  He led the implementation of InfoLease in companies like Norwest Leasing (now Wells Fargo), John Deere Credit and Caterpillar Financial.  He brings to the table an understanding of vendor and bank- based operational needs and how InfoLease’s data can be gleaned to enhance the value of accounting and proforma information.

He holds a degree from St Johns University and received his Master of Business Administration from the University of St Thomas.
